Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

It's unfortunate that some orders may need to be cancelled, returned or exchanged. Our team will try our best to fulfil your needs so that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Here's a caveat: As we are a small design studio with limited resources, we sincerely hope that customers do not abuse our goodwill due to their own negligence. 😇🙏🏻

Respecting our policies is important to allow our team of creatives to continue producing cool artworks for children and teachers. 

   

❌ Cancellations

We don't accept cancellations. Please contact us at hello@littlelearnerscollective.com if you have any problems with your order.

 

⏎ Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any defective items that you purchased from littlelearnerscollective.com.

Defects must either be a manufacturing defect (i.e. printing) or damage caused during the delivery process. 

In order to process your return request, we will need you to send us an email at hello@littlelearnerscollective.com with these details:

  • Your full name & order number
  • Photograph of the said defect within 14 days from the receipt of delivery/collection

Defects will be assessed by our quality assurance team.

If you qualify for a return, we can either refund the value of the returned product(s) via the credit card used for the purchase or as store credits, depending on your preference.

    

↔ Exchange

We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the following criteria are met:

  1. The exchanged product is still in a sellable condition (i.e. in its original packaging) with no defects
  2. You are intending to exchange for something that is of a higher value^.

In order to process your exchange request, we will need you to send us an email at hello@littlelearnerscollective.com with these details:

  • Your full name & order number
  • Photograph of the item that you are intending to exchange
  • Product that you intend to exchange it for

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Customers will need to bear the shipping cost for all exchanges, including the cost behind shipping the product back to our HQ and delivering the new product to the shipping address (unless the customer opts for self-collection).
  • ^ Customers may opt to exchange for something of a lower value but the difference will not be refunded.
